How New Heights Roofing Got Started

New Heights Roofing was founded in 2004 after I spent four years learning the roofing trade with another company. I saw too many homes in our area receiving subpar workmanship, and I knew there had to be a better way. From day one, my mission was simple: do things right the first time, every time. That commitment to quality has guided us for over 21 years and helped us become the top-rated roofing contractor throughout Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, and North Idaho.

We’ve always specialized in residential roof replacements, developing a strict installation process that ensures every roof meets our exacting standards. We back this promise with a lifetime workmanship warranty on every project. If anything ever goes wrong with your roof, we’ll be there to make it right, no questions asked.

– Tyson Faulkner

Our approach balances quality and value. We use premium materials that deliver exceptional performance and longevity without breaking your budget. Your roof should last for decades, and we make that happen with products from trusted manufacturers like GAF, Malarkey, and CertainTeed. In recent years, we’ve expanded our services to include stunning metal roofing systems for homeowners seeking modern aesthetics and permanent solutions that can last half a century or more.

Whether you’re dealing with an emergency roof repair, planning a residential roof replacement, or simply want to understand your roof’s condition, we’re here to help. Give us a call to schedule a free roof inspection within 24 hours. We’ll send one of our trained professionals to assess your roof, answer all your questions, and explain your options clearly. Every proposal includes our price lock guarantee, so you can trust the price we quote is the price you’ll pay.

I have had my roof for 27 years and due to a minor leak i had been calling about repairs and replacement. Other companies gave me lip service and were more interested in selling me a new roof then addressing the issues I had. New Heights came to the house and gave me a bid. He was the first company to ask if I wanted it repaired and honestly appeared to want to fix the problem not sell me something. Out of the 6 companies I got estimates from they did the most through inspection and even went into the attic to check the interior of the house. He took the time to educate me on the materials and showed me issues other companies had missed. They couldn’t have been nicer and after they left they even came back to assist me with explaining something on the roof. I would recommend you call them if you’re having roof issues. Read More

New Heights Roofing handled the sale and installation of our new roof with efficiency and thoughtfulness. Putting a roof on a home in the winter time is very hard work, but the crew did an awesome job and were on and off our roof in about three (3) days. I can not express my thanks enough from the salesman who help with financing, to the work crew who showed up and got the job done.

So glad I found this company! They are all so kind and helpful. When they came to do my roof the crew that came was very respectful of my home and property and they were so quick with the tear down and rebuild it only took them the day from start to finish! Then the inspector came and it passed the first time. Absolutely recommend them!

I have a 28 yr old roof in Spokane Valley, WA. No leaks yet but I decided to have an inspection and get a few bids on replacing it, if needed. I met with Brandon who spend time inspecting my roof and taking pictures and arial scans of my roof top. Then he sat with me and discussed findings. I definitely needed a new roof! Brandon discussed the options and choice of materials and build a detailed quote for me on a complete roof restoration according to my choices. I got a real education on what a roof replacement involves and how to make wise decisions about it, but I never felt any pressure to agree immediately; unlike another company that tried to do that. I really appreciate the professionalism and support without pressure to make a sale!! Thank you Brandon and New Heights Roofing!! No wonder you have glowing reviews!! Read More

New Heights Roofing provided detailed and helpful information for both the types of shingles and related warranties they could install along with a clear time frame and accurate cost quote for our Roofing project. They completed the job on time and at the cost quoted. They did a thorough and timely final inspection with attention to correcting any defective shingles or flashing issues. Overall, We give New Heights Roofing a FIVE out Five Star rating from start to finish and recommended their services to our neighbors. Read More

I couldn’t be Happier with the experience at New Heights Roofing. They WILL do what it takes to do the job right!

Trying to find a good Roofer you can trust can be exasperating – I had 10 entities look at my job, with the care it needed. Some “thought” they knew what they were doing, some would “flake out” and not show up etc.

When New Heights arrived it was a relief – they were very pleasant and professional, and listened intently. They have the “Customer comes first” as was evident when I made changes to my shingle order twice.

I highly recommend you have them out to do your roofing job.

New Heights Roofing is the best. Kaden did the initial inspection, which was extremely thorough. He pointed out our roof was getting a little long in the tooth and that we might get another two or perhaps three years out of it. I opted to get it done now, and I’m glad I did. The workmanshipwas excellent, and the crew got it all done in one day! Plus the follow up after the job was done was superb, with great attention to detail and the post roof inspection made sure that everything was as it should be. We got a full set of before and after pictures, which was very helpful. Getting a new roof is a significant investment these days, and it I feel it is important to protect ones resources. New Heights offers the very best bang for the buck that I found. If you are contemplating a new roof, please give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

I have had a need to use New Heights on two occasions at my summer lake house in Cave Bay on Lake Coeur d’Alene, and their work has been first-rate. The first time was 2021 following work by a different construction company that had installed a gable on my large free standing garage so I could pull a tall vehicle into it. The gable was great but the metal roof they put on leaked and let debris blow in. I called New Heights and they came out, took off the metal and replaced it, solving my problem.

In spring 2023 I needed about 1,000 square feet of old fiberglass roofing (circa 1978) taken off my wrap around deck and breezeway and replaced with metal. The roof is supported by a wooden lattice. I wanted to paint the wooden lattice while the old roof was off and the new one installed…a lot easier and also allowed me to inspect and repair any bad wood. New Heights happily scheduled several days between removal and install…and when I realized it was taking me a lot longer to paint the wood lattice they again shuffled their schedule to give me an additional week more time. Very accommodating and appreciated.

The main person Chris B. came out both times to assess the job and he also rolled up his sleeves and helped with the removal of the old fiberglass. The work crews were professional, timely, very capable, paid attention to detail, and cleaned up extremely well after the projects.

I highly recommend this company and its people.
