We had New Heights replace our roof on our home and our detached shop. Wow, what a huge difference! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. From beginning to end, they did a great job. Martin was our salesman. He came prepared with models, information, and tools to help us make the best decision for our project. Also, he went through every item on the itemized list with us so we would know exactly what we were getting. He was super professional and knowledgeable. The crew was there bright and early, ready to work, every morning. The communication throughout the entire process was amazing. We had some extra add-ons that were needed, and this company kept us in the loop every step of the way. I absolutely recommend this company, and give them 5/5 stars!

They did an amazing job. They were straight forward during our initial meeting and offered good quality material and service for a mid tier price. For our small size house we ended up paying around $14,000. They were easy to work with, quick to get the job done, and offered a great package. If you are getting your roof replaced, go with these guys. You can probably find other quotes that are cheaper, but these guys are worth the extra cost, no doubt about it.

We were happy to find New Heights Roofing. Their bid was very competitive. Along with the 40 year manufacturer’s warranty for the shingles, New Heights offered a Lifetime Warranty on the workmanship. Israel did a great job of explaining the project beforehand and Jeff (the foreman) made sure the work was all performed to New Heights’ standard. The roofers were very efficient and had the whole roof replaced within two days. Subsequently, we are very satisfied with our new roof and it looks great!

Details that we changed during the projected were taken care of and when issues were found, Chris and Brian made sure they were corrected immediately to our satisfaction. After a horrific experience with another roofing company, New Heights was seriously a breath of fresh air. Their manual online for picking a quality roofing company was extremely helpful (and similar to other guides I had read). The initial process was quick and easy. They laid out a time to redo our roof and actually came when they said they would! We only have to wait 2 weeks before they were able to redo our roof which was very impressive. The crew completing our roof was very professional and cleaned everything up very nicely. The price was decent and I especially appreciate the 100% warranty for workmanship (which other businesses would never do since they do a sloppy job). Anyways, we’ve had our new roof for over 4 months now and it is still in great shape! Our attic looks good and we are very satisfied with the work completed. We highly recommend New Heights.

The tear-off and install crews were hard-working and got the roof stripped and replaced in a very skilled manner. The project manager kept us informed every step of the way. New Heights Roofing did an excellent job during the entire process of getting a new roof installed on my 1923-built house. Every step was professional, well-communicated, and they had an excellent/skilled crew on-site working on the tear-off and installation of my roof. We highly and unequivocally recommend New Heights Roofing for your roofing needs. Our encounter with New Heights began with a 60-mile/hr windstorm which turned one quadrant of our metal roof into a windsail. On the recommendation of our insurance company, we contacted Chris, the New Heights general manager and he personally drove the 40 minutes to our location to secure our roof until we were able to have it replaced. Chris was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and helped us negotiate with our insurance company, making the whole process as smooth and pain-free as possible. When the time came to install our new roof, we became acquainted with the Project Manager, Brian and he was every bit as helpful, friendly, informative, and reliable as Chris had been. The project was done on time and the crew was neat and tidy throughout the process. Our new roof is beautiful! And the New Heights Warranty is a beauty, as well!
