Recently, our team completed a single-layer tear-off and roof replacement in Coeur d’Alene—just in time before the snow began to fall.
Once the old shingles and underlayment were removed, we installed High Temp ice and water shield, followed by Malarkey synthetic underlayment for superior breathability and protection. The new roof features Malarkey Legacy Shingles in the Natural Wood color, paired with all-new Lifetime Ultimate Pipe Flashings and Lomanco Lo-Omni ridge vents to ensure lasting durability and ventilation.
Additionally, we enhanced the roof’s drainage system by working on two crickets. We installed new pan metal and kick-out flashing to effectively direct water away from the walls and prevent future issues.
