ROOF OF THE WEEK – SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON – MALARKEY ROOFING PRODUCTS VISTA ROOF REPLACEMENT

The New Heights team was back in the Spokane Valley this week, doing a complete tear-off and re-roof.
Our crews started out by quickly removing the old shingles and underlayment. Upon inspection of the roof deck, the crew discovered a damaged rafter. The crew then removed plywood sheeting, repaired the rafter and replaced the sheeting.
With the decking now in good shape, they got to work on the underlayment by installing a new @malarkeyroofingproducts High-Temp ice shield, along with Malarkey Secure Start Permeable synthetic felt.
Next came the Malarkey Vista shingles in midnight black for a sleek look, in addition to a new @lomanco Lo-omniridge vent.
To top off the project, roofers added all new pre-painted pipe flashings as well.
With the weather on our side and no unforeseen issues discovered, our team was up and off of this particular roof in a single day.
