ROOF OF THE WEEK – SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON – MALARKEY ROOFING PRODUCTS VISTA AR ROOF REPLACEMENT

This week, our spotlight shines on a job that took our New Heights crews to the Spokane Valley, where they tackled a roof replacement project for both a home and shop. Thankfully, the weather cooperated for the first time in a while, allowing the team to swiftly remove the old shingles and underlayment from both buildings. They then proceeded to install new @malarkeyroofingproducts High Temp ice shield and Malarkey Permeable Synthetic before topping it off with Malarkey Vista AR shingles in Weather Wood. Additionally, all flashings were replaced, with some transition flashings extended to cover the patio’s metal overhang.
