As winter approaches, the New Heights team has been hard at work installing new roofs throughout the Inland Empire. One of our recent projects was a full roof replacement on a home in Greenacres, Washington. We began by completely removing the old 3-tab shingles to make way for a fresh start.
To ensure a strong, weather-ready base, we applied a high-temp ice and water shield, followed by a breathable Malarkey synthetic underlayment. These layers provide a reliable foundation for the new roof.
For this project, we installed durable Malarkey Legacy shingles in a beautiful Sienna Blend, giving the home a refreshed look and enhanced protection. We also upgraded essential roof components, adding new Lifetime Ultimate Pipe Flashings, Lomanco Lo-omni ridge vents, and Malarkey EZ-Ridge High-Profile Ridge Cap.
Though this job took a bit longer than expected, we’re thrilled with the results!
