The New Heights Roofing team recently completed a comprehensive tear-off and re-roofing project on a beautiful home near Canfield Mountain in Coeur d’Alene.
Our crew started by removing the old shingles, underlayment, and flashing. We then installed Malarkey High-Temp ice & water shield and finished with Vista AR Shingles in Storm Grey, creating a sleek and clean look.
Additionally, we installed new Lomanco ridge vents and pre-painted pipe flashings.
With favorable weather and no unexpected issues, our team efficiently completed the job in just two days.
