The New Heights team recently completed a roof replacement on a one-of-a-kind home in the scenic area of Hayden Lake, Idaho. This project was as unique as the home itself!
We began by removing the original cedar shake roof, along with the old underlayment and flashings, to create a clean slate for the upgrade. Our crew then installed High Temp ice and water shield and permeable Malarkey synthetic underlayment to provide a solid, weather-resistant foundation.
For the sloped sections of the roof, we used Malarkey Vista shingles in a stunning Natural Wood finish, complemented by monoridge flashings to enhance durability and style. On the low-sloped/flat roof areas, we opted for GAF Dark Bronze TPO, ensuring long-lasting protection and a sleek appearance.
To complete the replacement, we installed new pipe flashings, vents, and drains.
